Enable registry editor

  • Step 1: Download Enable Registry(VB Script compressed archive) and run it under administrative mode
  • Step 2: Download Unhook Exec (.inf file compressed archive) and run it under administrative mode
  • Step 3: Go to Start->Run->type gpedit.msc and hit ok. Now in the group policy editor window thus opened, go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System and in the Settings window, find out the option for "Prevent Access to Registry Editing Tools" and double click on it. Select "Disabled" or "Not configured" and hit OK.
